Not at all satisfied with this service. I depended on them for transportation to and from Dialysis 3 days a week. Used them for almost 2 months when the owner decided he can pick me up and take me to dialysis but then he couldn't pick me up to bring me home. So I had to transfer to do my dialysis in another town so he would then bring me home too. Most times they are late to pick me up to come home. 3 days ago they made me wait right at 1 1/2 hours before they got there to bring me home. They were specifically told what time my dialysis would be finished and were expected to be there to pick me up at that time.

Footnote; As a result of this review the owner of this service has seen fit to stop his service to me. All I have to say to him is, if the truth hurts you this bad, it's about time you try to give better service.

Medicare paid you. and I know it because I have the billing copies. Go cry to someone who cares!
